First sign-in

Create an account or sign in from the homepage.

Use an available sign-in method, such as email, a magic link, or Google.

Confirm your email address when asked.

Choose a handle and open your profile dashboard.

Dashboard — what you see at the start

The dashboard contains your founder profile, listed apps, and profile analytics.

Use the navigation to edit your profile, manage apps, and review analytics.

Creating your first record

Create a founder profile, choose a city, then add each app with its name, URL, and status.

Bio, story, images, tags, and external links are optional but make a public profile more useful.

Managing your data

Edit or remove profile details and apps from the dashboard.

Browse public founders and apps using the map and directory filters.

Notifications and reminders

We may send transactional emails needed for sign-in, purchases, and account administration.

You can manage available notification preferences in account settings.

Sharing and collaboration

I Ship This does not provide direct messages or collaboration tools in the current version.

Profiles and apps are managed by their owner; administrators may moderate public content.

Exports and backups

Available export formats depend on the request and the data involved.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The price, billing interval, and what is included are shown before checkout.

Before paying you must accept the Terms of Service and confirm immediate delivery of digital content with loss of the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Paid access is final once granted — see section 10 of the Terms.

You can cancel a subscription from the Stripe customer portal linked in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid unless mandatory law requires it.

Invoices and tax details (if applicable) are handled according to the billing flow configured for your account.

Account settings

Account settings include available language, theme, notification, and privacy controls.

You can sign out from account settings; contact us to request account deletion.

Reporting issues

If something is broken, write to [email protected] or use the report form inside the app.

Include a screenshot, the page address, and steps that let us reproduce the issue.

Tips and good practice

Complete your profile and add at least one live app before publishing.

Use the public map, founder directory, and app directory to discover other builders.
