Added Optional Fast mode (cloud, off by default): turn on Fast tone check with Jev in the popup and paste your own TypeSafe API key to get the tone badge from TypeSafe's Jev decision model instead of the on-device model. The extension asks for api.typesafe.ai access only when you enable it, keeps the key in local (never synced) storage, sends only the text being checked, keeps writing actions on-device, and falls back to on-device AI if a Jev call fails.
