Changed Popup: the Gemini Nano (Chrome) and Firefox model downloads now show a progress bar next to the percentage, or an animated bar when Firefox doesn't report a percentage. Chrome also tells you the popup can be closed while the download continues. Firefox: model download progress is sent to the popup at most every 200 ms instead of on every event, without losing the latest value. Fixed Popup: reopening the popup while Chrome is still downloading Gemini Nano now shows the download progress again instead of a fresh Download model button. The download button also works on Chrome builds that expose only the legacy window.ai.languageModel namespace.
